Makeup & Lashes by Maya provides professional makeup and lash services for personal and commercial purposes. While every effort is made to ensure client satisfaction, individual skin reactions or sensitivities may occur. Clients are responsible for disclosing any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to their appointment. Makeup & Lashes by Maya is not liable for any allergic reactions, irritation, or other skin issues that may occur after a service.
All services are by appointment only and subject to availability. Final results may vary depending on skin type, facial structure, and environmental factors.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS
1. Booking & Payments
Appointments are confirmed only after a deposit (if required) is received. Full payment is due on or before the day of the service. Accepted payment methods include cash, e-transfer, or other agreed-upon options.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of the deposit or a cancellation fee.
3. Travel & On-Location Services
Travel within [your local area] is included in the pricing. Additional fees may apply for travel outside this region. Please inquire for a custom quote.
4. Hygiene & Safety
All makeup tools and products are sanitized and cleaned between every client. Clients are expected to arrive with a clean face, free from makeup, unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Photography & Promotion
With your permission, Makeup by Maya may take photos before and after the service for portfolio, website, or social media purposes. If you prefer not to have your photo shared, please notify us in advance.
6. Liability
Makeup by Maya is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items during the appointment. The client agrees to follow all safety instructions and waives liability for any claims arising from the session.
